My name is Jason Thibodeau.

I was born in Scottsdale, Arizona, and served as a crew chief for the Tonto National Forest Service, fighting forest fires. I am also the former owner and founder of US AIR Heating and Cooling, Emergency Air, and Rescue One Air. Under my leadership and heartfelt dedication while owning and running Emergency Air, we were finalists for the Better Business Torch Award for Ethics in 2016. With Rescue One Air, we were finalists in 2017, 2019, 2020, and 2022, and winners of the Better Business Torch Award for Ethics in 2020 and 2022. Additionally, we won the 2023 International Better Business Torch Award for Ethics in business.

Ethics and integrity are the cornerstones of running and selling a business. I have demonstrated that you can achieve significant success while maintaining these values. When your motives are pure, and you genuinely care about doing the right thing, success follows. I have always prioritized the hearts and best interests of people over making money. This is what true success means to me and what I have built my career and life upon.

I am also the owner and founder of JTX Consulting, where we help and consult HVAC, plumbing and electrical companies through the mergers and acquisition process. Having built and sold several companies successfully, I bring personal experience and deep knowledge of the dos and don'ts along the way. The pandemic has proven that HVAC and plumbing companies are recession-proof and pandemic-proof, making them highly valuable.
